I always have a great experience at the Harlem street office in Loves Park Illinois with all my car rental services. The associates are very nice and help each other when they are busy to accommodate everyone that walks through the door. They are very courteous to all their customers and everyone explains everything about the car and the contract every time. They answer all my questions, and are not high pressured on what they want me to rent or insurance to buy, but very accommodating on what I need for my travels. I know I can go to several other places in the city but its nice they are close, the service is great, the prices are always in my budget.
Of the 3 in Rockford area, this locations has the best customer service.
