I took my truck in to get washed after paying the $44 for it being big. The truck doesn’t look any different than when I took it in well except for all the scratches they left behind. When I went to talk to somebody about this I was told the bugs and scratches where in the clear coat.
It's ok! They provide basic hand/car wash service. But that definitely doesn't mean you won't have to watch and make sure their cleaning the car accurately. My husband had to make several suggestions on how to clean his Mercedes and they obliged with no issues and did a fair job.
My car had tons of salt on it both inside and out. It also had dog hair on the seats in the back.
I will be going to All Perfect Derailing next time I need my car cleaned.
Beware of hidden charges. Last time I went, I was told that their standard priced wash doesn't include cleaning the wheels...not even spraying them with water. Today, I got their Platinum wash and was charged an additional $5 for my floor mats. I never asked for any special cleaning and thought floor mats would be included in a $24 car wash. $29 for a basic hand wash on a mid-size sedan is absolutely ridiculous. One of the mirrors is still dirty, back window wasn't cleaned and all of the jams weren't dried. Will not return.
I forgot that I left items in the back seat and trunk that caused my one seat to be down. Everything was removed carefully and cleaned under.
By far the best hand wash car wash and detail shop in the Rockford area.
My car looks brand new now.
