Called there about a week or so ago about purchasing a new canopy for my big umbrella that I purchased from them in 2010 the said we Certainly can replace that for you the cost will be about $400 so I got my credit card and he said I need to check with my manager to see how we can get that to you, because I live in Florida now I said ok he said I will get back to you on Friday, now mind you thus was a Monday and almost 2 weeks ago! They just lost my business! UNBELIEVABLE!
Great customer service at great escape,had a slight problem but out of warranty and they still took care of me.So happy I bought my hot tub from great escape.
During that winter Jan 2016 the solar panel thay powers the led lights inside the canopy fell off and broke due to method it is mounted on top of canopy. As of yet it has not been repaired or replaced. Then when i am told the replacement is in they never show up to fix it and never call. We pd over $12000 between the tub and canopy. The service at this location is aweful. My next step is taking them to small claims court. Will never make another big purchase from them. Dont even like to buy my chemicals from them. Aweful aweful customer service
Enjoying a beautiful patio set that was from The Great Escape. I really love this Loves Park store. It has an enormous amount of beautiful items to shop. It has a very enjoyable and friendly environment. Store manager, Miguel, along with all the other employees are eager to help when needed. I would recommend checking out the store whenever you can if you haven't been.

I would like to thank Ben from the loves Park great escape for doing everything he could to get us our hot tub in a timely manner. I was upset because it got delayed because of damage but really am glad he didn't send us out a damaged one for us to have to then send it back. We got the spa today and hooked it up and everything is running great. Again thanks!
