Never have to wait long for help, staff knowledgeable, fair prices, pretty gd abt returns, stands behind what they sell. Staff goes that extra mile to help with off the wall requests. Like 'em a lot. Pick up and loading in back of store a plus so I do not hv to gt out of car or lift hvy bags of dog food.
You really need to replace that crabby lady at the service desk. After spending $200 there all I asked her was to please make a copy of the receipt for me for a rebate. Sorry but I don't have a copier at home. The young girl at the desk was very pleasant helping another lady. There was only another lady and myself asking for help. It's not like it was busy. Shame on her.!!!
They really need to have folks that are available to help you. I understand that you may be with a customer and a wait is deemed necessary, but why not do like other stores and update to phones you can take with you and answer instead of getting rerouted back to the service desk three to four times before you just hang up. I see why online shopping is growing so because you don't have to deal with folks and you get what you order. Everything's eventual.
I like this supermarket much. Every time I come to Loves Park for business reasons I visit Farm and Fleet to buy some goods for my famaly. You cannot find such jeans in Ukraine for intance.
As you can tell by some of the readings that these people that shop here are very disappointed in this farm and fleet this is America's worst farm and fleet store this is shameful and is embarrassing who runs your store.I want to dare made a large purchase and in between I had different hunting knives the lady at the front register she asked me for my ID on multiple occasions for each different life that I had purchased this is ridiculous and embarrassing it's all like I aged over the last two minutes of use on my ID. Oh and forget price matching it's impossible as you'd have to call the VP of FF and ask for a discount and forget having prices Lord or any discounts given a new open box items. I asked to buy a chainsaw from Echo I was told that they only had to display models and that's only thing they could sell me for of course for the regular shelf price of a brand new chainsaw never going back here please avoid the store as customer service you will have the worst experience in your whole life I would give them a zero star rating but that's impossible to google maps.
