I WISH I READ REVIEWS BEFORE TAKING IT TO THIS PLACE!!! BAD PEOPLE AND BAD SERVICE!! RUINED MY COAT AND LEFT IT TO HAVE IT REVIEWED BY THE BOSS ANDY. I WAS WAITING FOR ALMOST A MONTH , AFTER STOPPING BY A FEW TIMES TO ASK FOR UPDATE(HE NEVER CALLED ME).
Affordable laundry and dry cleaning.
Had the absolute worst dry cleaning experience here and Alan the owner is the worst owner I have ever met ! After giving them my favorite white pair of jeans they returned them with 3 large pick stains ! after several attempts to remove them they told me there was nothing they could, instead of trying to do their best from the get go and clean them the best they could on the first try I wasted my time going back and forth 3 times and on their last attempt I so angry I was told to speak to the owner who was so rude and unapologetic and told me they could not do anything for me . If this is how they treat their customers they don't deserve to be in business . Please don't waste your time and money here , go somewhere else where they will appreciate your business and do their best from beginning !
BLONDE WOMAN IS SO RUDE!!! AND AFTER WAITING FOR HIM TO COME ACROSS THE TOWN, HE WALKED UP TO ME AND SAID "TAKE ME TO THE CIVIL COURT IF YOU WANT, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR COAT!" AND GAVE ME THAT DIRTY LOOK!!! AGAIN , I WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE GOING TO THAT PLACE!!!
Been using them for years. Never had an issue or felt they treated me rudely in any way. I like that I can save money on my dry cleaning with their cheaper prices, and I LOVE the next day service.
