On the rare occasion when their work does fall short, they are professional and more than willing to fix the problem promptly. Needed to have locks installed throughout our office and have our current locks rekeyed. Jeremy was great (a/k/a my favorite locksmith)! No matter how many times you screw up and have to call him back because people change their minds or things are not thought of, he always came back when I called and was very helpful and patient! I will definitely use them for any locksmith needs in the future!
Oliphant completely saved the day for me. We bought a new car a few days ago and it only came with 1 key, and conveniently it got lost 2 days ago. After searching high and low outside and inside the key was nowhere to be found. We called dealerships that all wanted upwards of $250 for a new key and then $150-$200 to tow the car on a flatbed to them. I called Oliphant and within 2 hours I had 2 brand new keys from the manufacturer (not aftermarket!) Not only do my keys work, but he also cleared the programming on the car so that these two keys are the only ones that can start it (just in case someone found the keys and were to try and start it!) then if we find the key we can call and have it programmed to the car! Sam was quick, efficient and professional in getting us taken care of. I highly recommend them for anyone in this type of situation!
