The staff is super friendly and always helpful. They have a wide selection and are much friendlier than the Rockford store!!!!
So much better than the Redbox they also have specials from time to time like half price movies
It has a few good movies, but it's a little dirty and there hardly any good movies.
They are still hanging in there even after Netflix and Redbox and other streaming services or quick rentals are booming. They always have a decent selection and usually get a good amount of new releases so they aren't out whwn you go. You can watch almost all the B-rated movies on Netflix though. But they also rent out games so there is that, plus they all have a Marco's pizza built on the side.
I like this location and the staff here way better than the Rockford location. Last time I was there a worker was eating his noodle dish walking around behind the desk. Maybe they need a break room to make it look more professional, maybe they are short on workers, I don't know.
