Worst service. Totally ridiculous! Another reason not to live in Loves Park.
I agree with the other commenters above. As a web developer, I know how much it would take to set up online payments, and they should use some of our money to set this up. If I can take a credit card payment from my cell phone, they should at the very least be able to take credit cards at the office, as well as online. This is a huge inconvenience to citizens and needs to be resolved.
I read the other reviews. They do take charge cards and I think their service is great. No problems here.
They need to do one of two things either provide envelopes so that people can mail their bill back or do online billing that would solve a lot of the problems right now they seem more incompetent than the DMV
I can not speak about the employees. But would like to know who is in charge of the quality control. I just bought a house here and have lived here 4 days if i could sell the house and leave i would. But if this keeps up i could be leaving in a bodybag. After some what getting settled in a new town. I made ice with the icemaker in my frig.Well needles to say i grabbed some said ice put it in a glass put water from faucet in it . And was about to drink it when i looked and noticed the ice was Red. I pullex the bar to stop the ice maker took the ice bin dumped it in the sink and over half the ice was RED. So i went to the sink let the water run it came out white foam... This happens everytime i turn on the water. The water smells . Water is suppoze to be odorless and tasteless not this stuff. I have BOILS now over 50% of my body from taking a shower in this water. And from ingesting it. My hair turned yellow, my dogs wont drink the water. And boiling it does not matter. Cold water is not supppose to burn your skin or cause you to get sick.I dont know what chemicals you are putting in the water but i am sure the EPA would like to know!
