Ordered a Prime Rib tonight and it had MOLD on the inside of the steak. Not on the crust. It was green and smelled sour.Left a review on Nunzio's facebook page. Management never came to the table. Waitress apologized and another waitress apologized and took the steak away. Before our food came a spider dropped from the ceiling on my husband's shirt. The waitress checked the back of his shirt to make sure it was not on him and my husband told her it was now on the floor so she stepped on it. Management claims the waitress told us it was the process of cooking the prime rib. All the waitress did was apologize.
Mediocre food with no atmosphere and VERY RUDE staff. I couldn't tell if the sever or the owner was lying. Maybe both.
Truly delicious food! I've been a Nunzio's customer for over 20 years & the food has been consistently delicious & great quality. The steak Sinatra, au gratin potatoes, pizza & lasagna are all fantastic choices!
Best pizza and prime rib sandwich ever. The cheesy hash browns make the meal !!!
I am only giving 1 star because our waitress was so on it, and nice and very understanding, otherwise it would be a zero stars. We made reservations for 7, granted it was a Saturday and they were busy we were seated at 7:20, we didn't receive our food until 8:55, my daughter ordered medium well steak Sinatra, I ordered medium rare, mine was cooked through and hers was pink in the middle so when I sent mine back out party was done eating, so mine got boxed right up. My husband ordered fried shrimp and a baked potato, the potato must have been cooked hours before it was so dry. So needless to say a meal I was so looking forward to for over a week, for 3 out of 4 of our birthdays was a huge disappointment. Upon asking the waitress if there was possibly new owners because the quality of the food had gone so downhill since the last times I had been there. So I give the food 0 stars and the waitress all the props for trying to fix everything she had no control over, would I recommend nunzios to anyone......not anymore!
