My first visit to Mostly Cats, I found out that my baby had a terminal condition. The staff was VERY friendly. The vet even cried when she told me! You can tell they really care about animals. They kept in touch with me, returned my calls in timely manner. When it was time to put our furrbaby down, they scheduled a time so we woukdnt have to wait at all. They explained everything. They are kind of expensive, but isn't your pets life worth It?
I went there today for my 7 week old kitten. First off horrible service the ladies were getting mad a something kept saying I'm done very loudly being obnoxious. My kitten kept smelling something I was like OK maybe she smelling another animal. But she wasn't when I went to look at the advertisement on the wall I smelled it too it was dried cat pee of some sort on the scale if I would have noticed that sooner I would've never let them put my kitten on there or let them give her shots. They were very overpriced to I could not believe how much my first bill was from here. I'm definitely not going there ever again.
I love the way this place's doctor, treats my cats, especially Bella, since she's usually very agressive. This one is Tabby, she's the sweet one, they are so different, but I love them equally
I took my cat in for a check up on what I thought might be a fungal infection on her claw. It turned out that it was gunk from an ear infection she had been scratching. They were very kind but professional while getting a swab from my cats ear. The facility was clean and welcoming. They analyzed the ear swab i quickly and came back with their analysis. I thought the fees were also reasonable for the checkup, analysis and medicine. I plan on taking my cat back there for any upcoming medical needs.
Excellent staff member who are very kind & welcoming, they also had a cat at the front desk who was a pet of Mostly Cats, the cat was welcoming & friendly to my cat ( Chi - Chi ). She wants to thank everyone including myself for taking such great care of her. She got spayed & she was up & moving around like nothing every happened the next day. Will recommend Mostly Cats to everyone!
