Got a beater truck and it still runs so I can say they are not too bad they sell them cheap but you get what you pay for

Me and my fiance got our truck here 3 months ago and gretzkys has had our truck replacing a engine that im sure they know it needed for 2 months now. Me and my fiance has had baby girl and it is hard to get around to work anf dr appointments. I feel like their giving us excuses on top of excuses of whats going on with our vehicle. Can we get our money back or our truck fixed is the question?

Their guy Eric is a procrastinator I don't know how the other guys do business but he gave me the run around for 3 or 4 weeks telling me to bring it back on this day only to be told to bring it back on a different day all the while I was missing work I thought appointments were supposed to be honored the car problems were supposed to be fixed b4 I got it an when I did get the guy go take it for repair it takes over a week to fix and did I mention I only had the car for a week an I had trans issues then he tells me I still have to make my payments while he procrastinators I'm sure his boss wouldn't want unhappy customers but I just wanted a reliable car an a honest dealer I want to be treated fairly
