This place is bad dont ever get a car from here i test drove a car it was fine for the 10 mins they give u to test drive they was doing smething under the hood when i bought it got 20 mins away and found out the transmission was shot told trisha i was bringing it back and she told.me i had 20 mins to get there and the car wouldnt go over 30 they still havent.gave me.my money they got the car im starting a law suit on them monday morning called the better business bureau they are going to investigate and call the Secretary of state police im doing everything i can to get them shut down
This car auto sales place is very disrespectful, rude, and has bad customer service. I test drove a car and had a diagnostic done before making a decision to buy a car. I came back after the diagnostic, and the car wasn't worth me buying. It had a lot of problems. The lady had even more of an attitude with me because I told her that the car had a lot of problems, and I guess I had the car to long. She and a man who didn't speak English started talking trash about me in Spanish in front of my face while I waited for my ride. I completely went off on both of them. If you want my advice, please do not buy from them, especially if you're not fluent in Spanish. They have bad customer service, they have a bad attitudes, and their cars are not worth anything. They'll also talk crap about you in Spanish in front of your face. They're not worth doing business with. I never had to go off on a business like this in my entire life. I'm very respectful, but there's only so much disrespect anyone can take. I looked in the comment section before writing this post. The owner is disrespectful to others who made reviews about them who were not satisfied. They shouldn't be in business.
The female owner of Nika's likes to add on fees that she doesn't tell you about and then she likes to get mouthy. Not good for business what so ever. Would not recommend anybody to come here with the horrible customer service.
