I can not believe the negative review I just read. My whole family goes to Dr. Bischoff, my grown children who live out of state even wait for their dental visits for when they are in Rockford. My mother and my brother were so glad they switched to him years ago. My brother thanked me for recommending his office and said they were so high tech and professional. VERY PLEASED! And his staff is great and very accomodating. We all rate Dr. Bischoff a 10 !!!

I also had a bad experience at this office. The dentist is always in a hurry, he never looked me in the eye when he talked and rarely took his mask off. Also, I've never experienced so much pain at a dentist. This is the only dentist that didn't say," if you feel any pain just raise your hand." He drilled before the novacaine had kicked in and when I told his assistant after he finished and ran out of the room she said "really?" That was it. They filled my first cavity in over 20 years and after reading the prior review I wonder if they scammed me too. They also wanted me to pay for the procedure before I went in. I said "I'll pay after he does the work." Who runs a business like that? I was really put off by their attitude. These people are strange. Ruth the receptionist is an idiot. If you ask her for a price get it in writing because I guarantee it will be the wrong price. She completely screwed up the first time I called there for info. From the dentists wife with leather pants and a porsche to the dentist himself who just wants to get the job done with no interest in the patient or the pain he is inflicting, I would suggest you stay away from this place.
Their receptionist is extremely unfriendly and rude.
