  Chicken sandwich ordered and asked for the chicken to be well done but bun was burnt! Also included three small pieces of lettuce. Mozzarella sticks (mozzarella fritti) opened up and cheese not soft at all! It's Monday night how can you mess up an order! Never was asked for fries with our sandwiches so didn't know had to ask for fries, as I order plenty of pizza but wanted to try a different flavor and epic fail! Oh the manager Tim only wanted to offer to remake sandwich and send it, oh wait Tim the whole order is horrible and things not cooked enough or over cooked and sauce on spaghetti was watered down and you think we want you to remake it, um no. We will just order from a competitor that cares about their customers and will stop ordering from here completely including pizza and catering as seems last few months they lost their feel for being an Italian family restaurant and just care about more orders more money. Sad and miss the old Marciano's.

  First of all their chocolate cake is first class!! Layered and enough chocolate for the experts to drool!! Second they will cook what ever you want. I wanted fried shrimp which was not on the menu. They had other shrimp dishes but not fried shrimp. They were happy to do this for me. Best pizza in Rockford bar none!! Great coupons! Thanks Maciano's!! You rock!!
