I have rented space at 4300 Interstate Blvd, Loves Park, Illinois for 2 years. Managers Diane Novello and Rudy Novello have been wonderful. The are professional, helpful, and personal. I have had a very positive experience renting from them, and I highly recommend them and their facility.

Great experience. Very helpful. Easy to get in and out. They called me after noticing my unit was empty to make sure that I didn't need it anymore.. closed my account for me. Very easy and love that I didn't have to call them.
